​Short Version.
Exploring the intersection where science of the brain meets the creative process is the motivation in my paintings. A complementary perspective on this experience is by enriching an understanding of the brain and creative expression which can influence and expand the quality of life.
Experimenting in subject matter such as abstraction, semi abstraction, figurative and landscape is liberating.

I bring with me many years of experience that has resulted in a better understanding of the actions and observations of creative expression. This continues to evolve and makes every painting an adventure. It’s by retracing and observing the difference of early memories in my formal education in art followed by 20 plus years of working as a graphic designer and illustrator that I now understand the difference in creative growth. I continue to experience improvements in my well being by risk taking in my artwork.
